所谓包容，便是胸怀宽广，能够容纳万物；所谓伟业，便是志向高远，能够成就大事。包容是一种品德修养，更是一种处世智慧。它是在正视并尊重个体与社会不同之上，调适自我与他人的互动方式，追求社会融洽的一种道德实践，但并非盲从纵容或是毫无原则的退让。“包容方能成就伟业”教育人们为人处世特别是从政为官，要心胸宽广，乐于接纳各种见解，平和对待各类事物，如海洋包容万千支流，这样方能锤炼卓越品格，开创宏伟事业。

Yourong serves as a code of ethics, while more notably exemplifies sagacity for navigating life. It stands as a moral undertaking in forging social unity by adjusting and harmonizing interactions between self and others rooted in acknowledging and honoring individual and societal distinctions, steering clear of intentional indulgence or principled sacrifices. This principle guides how individuals behave, especially those in positions of governance. Specifically, they ought to embrace broad perspectives, welcome varying viewpoints and distinct matters, akin to a sea embracing countless rivers converging into it. Such approach cultivates exceptional character and enables monumental accomplishments.
